Outline

In late May, 2010, Jesse and I set off on an excursion to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. We'd done so once before twelve years earlier at the start of July as members of a Boy Scouts of America group. We would have been about 10 and 11 years old, then. This blog is not so much a blog as an archiving of the trip. I will add the photos from the trip afterwords as time allows. The overview of the trip is as follows:
May 20 - Arrive in Minneapolis in the evening.
May 21 - purchase supplies and organize gear.
May 22 - Leave early in the morning for Ely, MN; pick up permits and canoe from outfitter; take to the water at Moose Lake, making our departure into the wilderness.
May 29 - Return to Moose Lake; return canoe; return to Minneapolis. May 30 - load moving van; drink.
May 31 - Return to Lincoln.
Soon after, on June 2nd or June 3rd we make way for Wakarusa Music Festival.
